The Countryside

I grew up on rivers and farms in small towns in Chesapeake Bay country. I have an undying appreciation for back roads and open spaces, for sunshine, and leaves crunching beneath my boots. Wherever your open space of choice is from a horse pasture in Iowa, to a family farm on the Delmarva Peninsula, to the mountains of Maine, chances are I’ve been there and have spent time with a beer on a tailgate close by.

There are some who can live without wild things and some who cannot.
