When I talk with my friends that are wedding photographers we often lament that we don’t enjoy shooting at the same venues repeatedly. It gets repetitive and sort of boring if I’m being honest. The newness of a space is part of the allure. I love the adventure of a new venue, the mystery of it, the feeling of, “ Oh boy, what am I going to find today?” There is one exception to that idea though, and that’s Hopkins Heartland. Ingrid and her team have built a place that attracts thoughtful people, people who value spending uninterrupted time with their best friends and closest family. It attracts people who love the serenity of what I see at my home in Southern Delaware. It attracts people with a unique sense of style, a unique sense of family, and a unique sense of togetherness.

It feels familiar, it feels right.

It feels like family.
